Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement forms part of any service agreement between DGNTIX (Processor) and the Client (Controller).

Purpose

DGNTIX processes personal data solely to deliver contracted IT and digital services.

Types of Data

• System access credentials (when required)

• Support tickets, logs, and service records

Processor Obligations

DGNTIX agrees to:

• Process data only on client instructions

• Maintain confidentiality

• Implement appropriate security safeguards

Sub‑Processors

DGNTIX may engage trusted sub‑processors under contractual confidentiality and compliance obligations.

Data Retention & Deletion
